The Guardians of Choice - Confidential Statement of Bequest Intention

Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania is committed to serving our patient population now, in the near future, and in perpetuity. A very special way to ensure Planned Parenthood is here for the many thousands who rely on our much-needed services is by remembering us in your estate plans.

Bequests made by generous supporters like you have been a significant source of funding for Planned Parenthood throughout our nearly 100-year history.  While the majority of funds raised each year support current health services, education programs and advocacy initiatives, planning for our future remains a key priority.  Your bequest ensures the long-term impact of our mission.

Please complete this form to notify Planned Parenthood of your intention to remember us in your estate plans.  In doing so, we will recognize you proudly as a founding member of the Guardians of Choice: Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania’s planned giving society.  Thank you!
