$25		One Month Supply of Birth Control Pills Birth control pills remain the most popular form of contraception, and they have a 99% effectiveness rate.
$50		One HOPE Visit Includes patient education on appropriate birth control methods for lifestyle, prescription for birth control, one pack of pills, and emergency contraception approval.
$75		One Shot of Depo-Provera "The shot" is an injectable progestin-only prescription method of reversible birth control. It contains a hormone that is similar to the progesterone made by a woman's ovaries to regulate the menstrual cycle.
$100		STD Screening for a New Patient Includes screening/treatment for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis; HIV screening, pregnancy assessment and emergency contraception approval.
$150		One Well-Woman Exam Includes glucose and hemoglobin screenings, breast exam, emergency contraception approval, STD testing, ThinPrep® Pap Test, and birth control approval.
